Daniel mentioned at a Twilight convention this year that he would be appearing in ‘Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters,’ but he would not give the name of who he was playing. IMDB has now been updated and reporting that Daniel will be playing Manticore. A Manticore is a monster that has the head of man, the body of a red lion, and the tail of either a dragon or scorpion. They are said to have a trumpet like voice and can shoot spikes from their tails that can paralyze or kill it’s victims. It also it has three rows of razor sharp teeth.
